Billing, renewals and cancelling
Card payments run through Stripe; cancel any time and you keep Unlimited until the period you paid for runs out.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Open your profile and find the plan panel, or tap your current plan in the account menu.
- Choose Manage billing. That opens Stripe, where your card actually lives.
- There you can change your payment method, switch between weekly, monthly and 6-monthly, or cancel.
Going back to Free is the same as cancelling — there is no separate downgrade. You keep Unlimited until the period you have already paid for ends, and then the account simply becomes a Free one. Nothing you created is removed.
Unlimited renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel and you keep it until the end of the period you have already paid for — no partial months are taken back.
If a payment fails there is a short grace period before Unlimited features stop, so an expired card does not lock you out the same afternoon. Paid Inner Circles are stricter: access follows the payment.
Unlimited can also be granted by us — a support arrangement, an early member. A granted Unlimited has no card attached and nothing to cancel.
