Notifications
In-app alerts plus push to your phone, once you have allowed it in the browser.
Anything that involves you — a message, an application, a join, a reply, a reminder — raises a notification in the app, with a sound and a toast if you are looking at it.
Push notifications reach you when you are not. They need permission from the browser once, and on iPhone they need PitchMap to be on your home screen first.
- Not getting push? Check you allowed notifications for the site, and that it is installed if you are on an iPhone.
- Too many emails? Activity emails are capped at one a day, and hosts may only broadcast twice a week.
