Posting a job
Anyone can post a role — you do not need a company page, and it does not cost anything.
Post a job in your own name or in a company's, from the Jobs page, from inside a group, or from the company's own page. They all land in the same feed.
Applications come to you with whatever the applicant attached, and you can message them from there. You get an email when somebody applies, so a good candidate does not sit unread for a week.
