We are a four-person team building scheduling software for outpatient clinics, and we are hiring the first engineer outside the founding pair. You would own real surface area from week one: the booking flow, our integration layer, and whatever is on fire that particular week. The stack is React, TypeScript, Node and Postgres, with a small amount of Python behind the matching logic. Compensation is $130K to $150K plus 0.75% to 1.5% equity, four days a week in our Durham office and one wherever you like. We ship to production most days. There are no whiteboard interviews — the process is a call, a paid one-day project, and a day working with the team.
