Closing your account

There is no self-service delete button yet — send us a message and we will close it for you.

You cannot delete your own account from inside the app yet. Send us a message from the bottom of the Help Centre asking us to close it, from the address the account uses, and we will.

If you would rather stay but disappear from the map, you do not need to close anything: switch “visible on the map” off in your profile.
