Posts
A standing ask or offer — a co-founder, an investor, a contract — that people nearby can apply to.
A post is the durable version of an ask. It stays up until you close it, and it carries enough detail for somebody to decide whether to apply: what it is, what you are looking for in whoever answers, a budget if there is one, and images.
- Open Posts and choose New.
- Say whether you are offering something or looking for something.
- Fill in the title, description and the “ideal partner” — that last field is read by matching, so it is worth writing properly.
- Post it in your own name, or in the name of a group you belong to.
Applications arrive in one place, and you can message an applicant straight from there. Closing a post keeps it in your history rather than deleting it.
Creating a post is part of Unlimited. Applying to someone else’s is free within 7 miles; further out is Unlimited too, because that is acting rather than looking.
