CODY is the assistant. Ask it in plain words — who should I meet this week, is there anything on Thursday, who near me needs a designer — and it searches the same data you can see, inside the same distance limits your plan allows.

CODY never posts, sends or joins anything by itself. It prepares; you press the button. Matching is not its work either — that stays a fixed formula, so nobody's ranking depends on what a model felt like saying.
