Putting PitchMap on your home screen

It installs straight from the browser, no app store, and then behaves like any other app, notifications included.

  1. On iPhone: open PitchMap in Safari, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”.
  2. On Android: open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.

Installed, it opens full-screen without browser chrome and can send push notifications. On iPhone, notifications only work once it has been added to the home screen — that is Apple's rule rather than ours.
